Thank you for shopping with Corehide™. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and manage your orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Major cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch

- Other areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete. Corehide™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact.corehide@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier service to locate your package. Corehide™ is not liable for delays or loss once the order has been handed over to the courier.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Include photos of the packaging and the product. We will assess the situation and offer an exchange or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be announced once available.
